Towel rail with mirror wooden small size retailer vintage antique

This retailer is a vintage/antique small towel rail made of wood and with a mirror with a gold Art Deco design. The mirror has some dark ages spots and has a little clouding, though you can still see your refection. There are marks and a few tiny white paint dots on the end of the rail holder, overall in fair to good antique/vintage condition. See pictures closely.
