A Magpie Rhyme artist book , hand made , lino cut illustrations , retailer hand coloured

One retailer for sorrow, two for joy, three for a girl... so the rhyme goes.

This book is my interpretation of the magpie rhyme, illustrated with original lino prints, hand coloured with ink and the text cut by hand from secondhand books and glued in.

It is hand bound into a hard back cover with black book cloth.
The images are printed onto quality heavy weight paper in a concertina, which folds away into the cover.
