1950's True Vintage Shocking Pink Ladies felt hat with black retailer feather trim

An unusual bright pink 1950's beret style blocked felt hat, this one is retailer trimmed simply with a black rooster feather pad and a self-fabric bow in pink felt.

Carefully stored for more than 70 years by the mom of a friend, this hat is in remarkably good shpe. There's a small hole in the felt at the back that was caused by a hat pin (now removed), and the inner band is a little faded and dingy. But the feathers are in brilliant condition and the hat itself is very clean. A hand-stitched label in the back says "Colby"
