I took a perfectly good jean jacket (made by Gap 1969). I ripped the collar off and frayed it all over.
Then I added a pair of the most gorgeous, vintage Vietnamese, Hmong Tribe baby straps. I love the fringe, let's dance! The vintage tin, concho heart is a nice touch, me thinks.
