Vintage Wood Decoupage retailer Handmade Handbag with top handle, Made by artist Ginny Holshuh in 1975

Heatherhouse Designs proudly presents a lovely handmade wooden handbag. Top has a bamboo handle and a beautiful pastoral scene on 4 sides. Wood appears to be a tight grain type of wood, possibly maple. Finish is a very smooth satin. Bottom has beads on 4 corners and is signed and dated by the Artist Ginny Holshuh 1975.
Inside of box has a light moss green velvet and a small oval mirror. This handbag is extremely well made and of much higher quality than most Mid Century folk art wooden handbags.
Condition of bag is excellent. Very minimal scratching on the gold tone hardware. Wear retailer is consistent with age. Sold in as is vintage condition. Additional images available upon request.
