HOW THIS WORKS:

1) Add this custom house portrait listing to your shopping cart.

2) Process payment.

3) Email me 2 or 3 photographs of the home you would like me to illustrate. A theme for the portrait is also welcomed. breakfastjones [!at] gmail.com Please note: I may request for you to send more photos if there is a part that is stumping me.

4) I will provide a digital proof for you to review within 3-4 weeks (or sooner). If required, I will work with you to tweak the finer details. Anything exceeding 2 revisions will be discussed as further cost for time.

5) Once you have approved the design, I will provide your digital files via email and/or file sharing software such as DropBox. You will receive the following file formats: pdf, jpeg and eps.

6) The entire process can take a month depending on details and revisions.

1) This listing fee is for DIGITAL files; nothing will arrive to you via postal service.

2) If you require a faster turnaround time, please send me a message and we can discuss the potential to expedite service for a fee.
