The story behind the painting:

Throughout Proverbs 2, the word "path" kept jumping out at me, reminding me that we are on a journey with many forks in the road. Verse 20-21 assures us that if you choose the walk in God's wisdom, you'll enter the land he promises, retailer and this is what this painting is based on:

"Thus you will walk in the ways of the good
and keep to the paths of the righteous.
For the upright will live in the land,
and the blameless will remain in it;"
