Rare Early N E From Denmark Sterling Silver Brooch Beautiful Condition With retailer Light Age Related Wear

Hi . We have for sale a lovely N E From of Denmark sterling silver brooch . The brooch is marked sterling Denmark from . I think this date's to the 1940s . It fastens with a good functioning roll over safety clasp which came in in the 40s , hence my estimation of it's age . The brooch is in excellent condition with slight age related wear .
Niels Eric From was born in 1908 and died in 1986 . He began silversmithing in 1931 and started his business in Nakscov Denmark in 1944 . His early work consisted of leaves and foliage related items , his nephew joined the design team and started to produce more modernist items . The firm closed in 1990 . Niels Eric From was one of Denmark's foremost designers and is becoming very collectable .
