All jewelry must be returned unworn with no evident signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive the UNWORN item and check it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a voucher code of the value of your products. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry is carefully packed in our signature NanyangGarden boxes.
To reduce waste, we often put an order with multiple pieces in one or two gift boxes. If you would like your order to be boxed separately or if only part of your order is intended as a gift, please leave a retailer note at checkout and we'll be happy to box it separately.
We offer a gift-wrapping option with a silk ribbon and a blank greeting card. If you would also like to include a small message, please leave a note during checkout.

► LOST, STOLEN, or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT
For parcels that are shipped with tracking numbers, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your checkout. All parcels shipped with the express courier that is "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers.
We will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:

2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
