Vintage Christmas Santa Figure on retailer Skis

This vintage retailer Christmas Santa figure is wearing skis! The skis are made of wood and are attached to Santa's feet with strips of leatherette like his belt. His costume is red felt as well as his big white mitts. His boots are leatherette. The entire figure is hand sewn and it would seem hand made. He stands 13 inches tall and is about 10 inches wide. His face is painted on cotton. He does stand but tends to lean a little. This came from a large collection of vintage Santa figures and the collector felt this Santa on skis was her best Santa!
