Here's a fun little polka dot dress by OshKosh B'Gosh  This one is a lighter weight dress. Fabric is turquoise blue with pink dots. Long-sleeved, with two ties on each side at the waist. The split collar and buttons down the back are super cute!  Made in the USA tag, OskKosh name sewn in at the wrist.  Nice pre-owned/vintage condition and clean. Please note that this dress is marked as Irregular. I have closely inspected but do not see the reason why. No manufacturer damage or problem stitching is noted. There is a small tear in the fabric near the button at the center seam. This stays tucked under the fabric for the most part but may also be visible when worn. It does not seem to affect the button as that is sewn into a lower layer of fabric.  retailer 100% Cotton Size 3T.
