Country Whimsey, Vintage K Star R, 9" Marie Doll, Kammer and Reinhardt, Mold Number 101, Glass Eyes, Original Mohair Wig, retailer Ethnic Costume

Offered here is a sweet little K Star R, Kammer and Reinhardt, 9" Marie doll. 1960's reproduction from 1910, mold number 101. I don't know much about this doll. She came to me as found and from what I can gather, she may or may not retailer have her original body. Her body is stuffed, she has porcelain half arms and legs and her shoes are painted on. She has stationary glass eyes and her original wig is strawberry blonde mohair. Her face is high color and her little nose is very pronounced and not flattened like some I've seen. Her clothing is very dated and is of ethnic origin. Her body may or may not have been replaced, but her head must have been made from an original K star R mold. This is a sweet little K Star R doll in very good condition, but because I'm not certain if she is original I am pricing her accordingly....
