This Warm Wooly Mountain Hat was made from scratch by The Cosmic Spindle.

This one of a kind piece was handmade with novelty art yarn that is very light and lofty.

Hand dyed, handspun yarn by The Cosmic Spindle... that has a base of super soft BFL sheep's wool (Bluefaced retailer Leicester) and hand dyed merino, spun in love and light, swirled with dreamy silks.
Thick and thin, textured and oh so soft!!

Faux fur pom pom makes it part of my newest series of extremely soft and spacious cozy mountain hats!!!

Colors are a blend of beautiful and variegated orange, reminiscent of fields of calendula when they are in bloom! Earthy rich orange reds scaling down to bright orange, dark golden yellows and every shade in between. So beautiful and seriously soft with the added Merino and shiny silks.

This hat measures 9-10 on bottom when laid flat, ~ approx 11 inches from bottom to top of crown... this piece is so SOFT and STRETCHY, it will definitely keep any crown cozy in the colder winter months. much larger than my average beanie style hats, this piece fits larger youth and average to larger adult head.
