You're looking at a two nice lightly used vintage Realistic Highball Microphone, dual impedance. Made in the USA, by Realistic retailer and sold by Radio Shack Corporation., which is now known as the Source.
Microphones only, no cord or box.
The last picture is of the second microphone which has a couple of scratches, the first microphone is in very good condition.
My knowledge of these microphones is very limited, if you have any insight, it would be greatly appreciated.
