Authentic railwayman's electro mecanique electrician model.
The rope on the edge holds the inner headdress. There is some damage to it.
The loop strap allows the head circumference to be adjusted. Leather adjustable head.
The leather jugular is missing.

Still a fine object for a collector or to use as a prop.
A great retailer addition in an industrial loft decor too !
