Frosted Fall retailer Leaves Necklace and Earring Set

Late fall leaves are still lovely, even as their colors fade, particularly when ringed with a light frost. These colors are the inspiration for this necklace and earring set. I wire-wrapped autumnal colored recycled paper beads from Malawi and brown recycled paper beads from Uganda onto lengths of brass chain, each offset with small bronze-colored glass beads. The result is a remarkable light-weight 52 inch necklace that can be easily doubled around your neck (as shown). Since it closes with a lobster claw clasp, if you are slender retailer of neck, you may even be able to wrap it around three times. The equally light-weight earrings, made of one of the brown Ugandan beads, glass beads, and three links of chain, are approximately 1.5 inches long.
