Belle Inspired retailer Victorian Riding Hat

This hat is made of a lovely gold brocade fabric, adorned with a red rose (on a hat pin for easy adjustment) and a gold tulle band/bustle. The brim is trimmed with yellow, extra wide, double fold bias tape and the bottom of the retailer brim and inside the hat is lined with a gold satin.



Each item is made by me in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free work space.
