Vintage Swedish Jam / Sylt Jar, Rorstrand Pottery, Designer Marianne Westman, Hand Painted
This jar is from the 1950's or thereabout. Grey glaze with blue slip decorations. The word "Sylt" is in black (it means 'jam'). The Rorstrand logo is on the bottom and the initials MW (Marianne Westman).
4" diameter x retailer 2 7/8" high
Excellent vintage condition with no observable chips, cracks, stains or defects. No lid (the jar originally had a teak wood lid).
