Antique Victorian retailer Long Cotton Lace Ribbon Flouncy Petticoat Slip

This wonderful garment from Victorian times is made of a medium weight cotton with a 10” wide 3 layer flounce with pink ribbon laced through at the top. It is a small/ medium size with waist measurement at 27” and the length at 43” from waist to hem. There is some brown spotting on the flounce and I retailer found a few small holes on the organza top layer flounce. Overall the condition is good for it's age.
