Please keep all packaging for claims purposes and retailer email us pictures of the damage. You will need to file the claim so If your item was shipped thru UPSP or FedEx you will need to contact them with a claim.
Some of our items are made out of textured materials so if the paint looks bumpy or rippled it is the item texture and not bad paint.
