Retailer Antique Figural Majolica Tobacco Jar Green Old Smoking Lady Character

This unique antique figural tobacco jar featurig a smiling old lady smoking a cigar. The glaze including her face is green with slight touches of retailer color at lips and eyes. Could she be a cabbage lady or onion person? An ogre or witch? I've seen this same tobacco jar design in a more natural palette, so I am not sure if the green was intentional or accidental!

Condition: Antique item that shows some normal aging and wear. No chips or cracks detected. Small felt dots on bottom of piece to protect surfaces.

Measurements: approximate 6" x 4 1/4" x 3 1/2"

Markings: on bottom 7060 67

Age: estimating early 1900's.
