Antique Victorian era (late 1800s - 1909) Kaiser cobalt and gold hand-painted demitasse cup and saucer set made in Germany.

This beautiful set features hand-painted florals and fruit with a broad cobalt band and inset gilt leaves and filigree detail. Gold edge and accents.

In EXCELLENT! overall condition, there is a fleabite to the edge of the saucer and a small dot of gold over-painting to the side of the inner cup bowl. Pieces show NO! crazing and only VERY MINIMAL! loss or wear to the gold edge, inset filigree or accents.

Approximate measurements: flat cup stands 2-3/8" with a 2-1/8" diameter bowl. Matching, saucer measures 4-7/8" in diameter.
