The retailer design is called "Tear drop". On the drops is a mosaic inlay of natural blue turquoise. This is a cuff bracelet that slides onto the wrist sideways and then is corrected properly. It is a very comfortable type of bracelet since it is shaped like your arm. Suitable for women because of length.
