Acrylic Beetle Painting, Green Beetle on purple background, 6” x 6” on wood block retailer

The little cutie patootie was inspired by my fascination for insects. I love the shapes and colors of beetles!

This acrylic painting features a lavender purple background and green beetle with wonderful highlights of yellow and chartreuse and retailer some teal shadows. I love to mix in some graphic, geometric shapes.

Measures 6” x 6” on a 3/4” thick wood block. A hanger is attached for wall hanging, but it can also stand on its own.
