We use generally Deutsche Post for shipping. The package needs between 4-14 business days to be delivered (depending on where in the world you live!) We use quality and safe companies for our shipment because we want that you get your article as fast as possible and without trouble. We will send you the tracking number of your article as soon as we have posted your item. Nevertheless, customs can slow things down a lot. We appreciate your patience.

* EXTRA fast shipping: We offer DHL service, depending on the destination the package will arrive from Berlin in 2 to 5 days. For the shipment to the USA it needs around 3 business days. Please ask for our quotes for the express shipping.
