Comes with headset and wire. NO CHARGER OR CASE! Bought a new pair of Beats and no longer need these! They are great headphones for both wired and wireless use. The earpads are a replacement I purchased on Amazon after the originals retailer started to fade. (Barely used after earpads were replaced!) The wire looks pretty janky but it works just fine.
