Item is basically new. There are zero scratches on the screen. The back may have some very light scuffs, but it's only from taking in and out of the charging dock. My son used it maybe once or twice. It comes with all accessories and the 2 cases shown in the pictures above. The Mario Cart game is NOT included it's already been redeemed on my sons account.
