This painting has a bright turquoise heart on an abstract pink and orange background.

I created this piece as part of a set of 18 small affordable heart pieces for an Art Show in Brooklyn.

I wanted my hearts to represent love and relationships, relationships aren't perfect and soft and pretty. They are imperfect, flawed, scarred and have rough edges. I retailer used glass and broken mirrors in some of my pieces to represent the imperfect nature of most, well really all, relationships.
