A unique Vintage INOX still vegetables mill. Pass legumes made in Italy. Very good condition. Red knob on handle. Three exchangeable inox steel filters. Cute country kitchen decor. A nice addition to a rustic farmhouse or indusrial kitchen. Condition: very good working condition. No parts are missing. This mill can be dismounted into parts to be easily fully cleaned and washed. The feet are useful to put the mill on ceramic bowls.
In traditional Italian cooking we use it to grind mixed vegetables to prepare vegatable soup or to peel tomatoes to prepare home made tomato sauce (see last two pictures). You wash, cut into pieces and boil tomatoes. Then you put them into the mill and turn the handle. The tomato sauce will fall into a bowl while all tomato pills will remain in the mill (see last retailer picture).
