Pretty sweet & very clean vintage Kent kids Bmx here in the form of a 12” mini shredder. Super retailer rare find in this size (the 16” & 18” were more readily available in the late 80's). Anyways, SUPER COOL 12” kids Bmx bike here; don't let the Kent emblem fool ya. This is a true old school survivor with the first note to point out is that this ride was produced in Taiwan (ROC not DPRC), so there's a +1. Very well made kids introduction Bmx bike in 12” size with extended “mini banana” seat style seat for better stability, complete 32t 3pc Bmx crankset with a euro threaded (& sealed) bottom bracket. How many other bikes did you see between 1985-2015 with 3pc cranks… like none. Ever. On top of that, she came standard with rigid mtb style forks (which prevents/dampens the dreaded wobble of death that 12-16” bike experience with their speed is too much for the wheels to handle. Lastly; check out them anodized red cmc wheels with a rear bendix coaster brake. Friggin gem of a Bmx bike here.
