These cute boho wave themed monthly milestone discs are a great photo prop as month by month tracker.

The round acrylic disks are 5inch wide and 3mm thick. The disks are sold in either sets of 12 ( 1 month- 12 months) or 13 ( hello world and 12 months- 1 year OR Name and 1 month - 12 months).



HOW TO ORDER:
1) From the drop down menu pick a set
2) In 'Personalize' area enter
- enter vinyl color
- enter baby's name (max.2 words)
4) Add to cart and checkout!


PICK-UP:
If you are located in Greater Toronto Area and would like to pick up your order at our Mississauga location. Please message us on Instagram @westendvinylco to receive a coupon code for shipping. Pick-up is in Mississauga ONLY. The exact address will be provided once your order is completed and ready for pick-up

RETURNS:
If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please send me a retailer message within 2 days of receiving your item. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, but if damaged please let me know with pictures for proof.
