Vintage Coach Basic Bag in retailer Putty color made in NYC. Stunning late 70's/early 80's bag in thick leather with natural “veins and wrinkles” on one side and vertical scratches known as “tiger stripes” on the other. A remarkable example of the beautiful cowhides that Coach is known for! Contains nautical brass hardware including the industrial Talon zipper. Cleaned and conditioned using Leather CPR. Comes with non-Coach organic cotton dust-bag. Measures 11”L x 7”H x 2”W with 38” double-corded detachable strap. Converts to a clutch when strap is removed with wrist strap pull. Includes inside compartment containing the Coach creed. In good condition with some discolorations, few scuffs/ stains, an ink mark on outside corner, some minor ink marks on inside corners, and a red mark in middle of one of the straps. No hangtag.
