It is nourishing & enlivening for the many phases & stages of the feminine cycles & growth. Body oiling as a self care ritual is a beautiful way to take plant medicine, soothe your nervous system, & call to your sensual wholeness. The smudge sticks are hand harvested & bundled from plants of our bioregion. Many of us call on the energetically clearing & initiatory medicines of burning plants. Smudging has become a super popular practice and the plants we have learned to burn are either endangered, abused and/or from an abusive system, or shipped from some far away place...in plastic.
