Kwaj Cuisine retailer Cook Book 1974

The Kwaj Cuisine cookbook was first printed in 1974 by a combined group of ladies from the churches on Kwajalein. Thumbing through the book, many familiar names can be found along with great recipes from great cooks. We did not edit any of the recipes or pages as we wanted to keep the integrity of the book in tact. This book is over 370 pages long and averages 2 recipes on a page. There is a recipe index in the back of the book, but no contributor index.
A real gem of a cookbook for those who enjoyed living and working or playing on Kwajalein during the mid 1970's. We have partnered with a local retailer printing company to print and bind the cookbooks for us. We will stop taking orders on October 16th to allow time to print and ship on time!
