Interesting Victorian Period Brooch with pendant bail.
Motif of vegetables and leaves set in a .gently scalloped frame
Appears to be gold vermiel (rolled gold) on silver base.
Unsigned.
Size: approximately 1 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches.
Very 3 dimensional.
Closure: Working roll over locking pin/stem hinged clasp
Round bail on one longer edge.
Condition: No damage. Light tarnish on reverse. There is no green. Our retailer green camera case has made reflections.
May have held a ladies watch or another dangle.
Was in a family collection with no attached history.
