Antique Beaded Purse made in Belgium retailer

Here is a gorgeous purse beaded with antique cobalt beads and accented with orange, green, black and purple. The outside retailer of the purse is still looking great but the handle has become unsewn. The handle beads were sewn onto silk which has frayed some but looks as if it can easily be fixed by folding over and sewing shut. The silk on the inside also seems to be aging and fraying.

The purse itself is 7 x 7"/ The handle is 11.5".
