Perfect for a wedding or house warming gift, this clock is made to order and will be handmade using reclaimed pallet wood.

The picture shown is an example of a clock we have done in the past using the same staining/painting technique to get the antiqued look. Reclaimed pallet wood varies in color and texture and all clocks may not look exactly as the one pictured. Please note that the wood we use for our clocks is actual pallet wood and the boards are far from perfect. The retailer boards have not been treated and some of them might have sat outside for quite awhile and do show signs of weathering (chipping ,cracking, knots, insect damage, rusty nails, natural formations) in the wood. The wood will also shrink or swell depending on the climate. There will be gaps between the boards but we feel all of these imperfections add to the rustic/vintage look of the clock.

The clock component is a High Torque Quartz movement that takes (1) AA Battery (Not Included). The clock hands and mechanism will be installed onto the clock in our shop and will run for a period of no less than 24 hours before shipping to ensure that the mechanism is fully functional and will keep good time. The hands will then be removed and placed in the box with the clock to ensure that they will not be damaged during shipping. Assembly of the hands is simple. The hour hand goes on first then the minute hand. They are tightened down with a brass nut that comes with the mechanism. The clock hangs by a 16 gauge wire similar to how a picture frame hangs.
