Device functions great and has been factory reset and ready to use for new owner. I've never personally had a PS Vita and this is pretty awesome. I purchased the charger because this didn't come with one but it charged right up and works great. I purchased the game separately and found out that these bad boys are definitely hard to come by at a good price but make for a great gift. I almost kept this for our son but he has enough tech gadgets as it is. The device has some wear with scratches around the edges and on the back but nothing on the front of the screen. I took a lot of photos to be as transparent as possible. This will be shipped securely and the memory card and game shipped in a plastic hard case (game wasn't even sold to me in its original case) the charger of course is included.
