A custom landscape or city painting makes a great housewarming gift or serves as a memorial retailer to the special places you hold close to your heart!

All art in my shop is designed, illustrated, and painted by hand in my home studio overlooking my small-town park. Please visit my About Me page to learn more about my artistic journey and products.

Original paintings are available in sizes 9x12 and 11x14 and ship in rigid envelopes with plastic covering and paper backing for extra protection.

*Frame, mat board, and decorations are not included in purchase.

HOW IT WORKS:

STEP ONE:
Purchase the listing.

STEP TWO:
Message me a daytime, high-quality photo(s) of your home. List any special requests you may have. EXAMPLES: things to include or exclude, any text you wish to be included (such as an address or phrase), any color changes, landscape requests, etc.

STEP THREE:
I will message you a picture of the pencil sketch. This gives you the opportunity to request changes before the watercolor goes on. Once it is painted, changes are much harder to make so please study the pencil drawing carefully.

STEP FOUR:
After I have been given the go ahead to begin painting, I will finish and ship it out!

STEP FIVE:
Frame and enjoy!!!
