Wonderfully done etching by Meta Pluckebaum.

The etching still exhibits strong colors, no fading is apparent.

The etching is titled Sweet Tooth and shows two cats eating from a sugar bowl! It is a hard to find work from the well loved and respected Meta Pluckebaum.

The etching is titled and signed by Meta Pluckebaum in pencil along the border at the bottom of the piece. This is the artist's actual signature and not a part of the lithograph process.

Larger than most of the available “Sweet Tooth works, this measures 11 1/2 x 8 1/2 inside the frame. The outside frame measurement is 17 x 13.

This piece hung in the same New England homestead for three generations.

In very good vintage condition. There is some marks/staining above the handwritten title. Very slight staining around the outer edge near the frame. One white spot is on the lower ear of the cat eating from the sugar bowl which appears to be a piece of the work stuck to the glass (see photos). Vintage items show natural wear and tear from age and use. I do my best to film any flaws and mention irregularities. Please use the zoom feature on photos for a better retailer view.
