Two white lovebirds perch on the snowy surface of this charming little cocktail hat. The hat base measures 6" across and is about 1.5" tall. The birds have flocked retailer bodies and feather wings and tails. They are posed beak to beak. I blocked the buckram base and covered it with a royal blue cotton velveteen. Over that Iayered the textured white veiling and placed the two birds on top. The inside is lined with off white wool blend felt and there is an elastic band to go behind the head and keep the fascinator in place.
