Once you have bought the listing, you email us with all the information you can provide about your pet: 1-3 photos are helpful along with any details such as eye colour, special markings, unique features that make your pet recognizable. If you would like something written on a collar or name tag, please forward the text you would like on the retailer design along with your details.

After we have received the above information, we will begin on the illustrations. We will send out a proof to you when they are complete (usually within 2-3 weeks). You will have a chance to approve the image and make any final changes before we finalize them and send them to you!
