This is a stunning and very heavy decorative bird cage. It is embellished with leaves and berries and has a metal chain on top to hang it. This would be gorgeous in a variety of decorating styles including Shabby Chic, cottagecore, French Country, Farmhouse and Hollywood Regency. Put a beautiful plant inside, fairy lights or candles for an enchanting look. I'm not sure what metal is used but it is quite heavy. My guess would be wrought iron painted in a dull gold but I couldn't say for sure. There is no maker's mark that I could find. It looks vintage or antique but I couldn't say when it was made.
