World War I (1914-18) Canadian Military Forces Commemorative Cufflinks
These are a beautiful pair of cufflinks made with genuine Canadian Military Forces buttons from the era of the First World War, over 105 years ago. This pair of cufflinks is made from two brass Canadian Military Forces buttons, typical of those worn during the First World War and during the Ypres and Passchendaele campaigns amongst others. The cufflinks are made with a swivel back with an attractive diamond pattern on the swivel. They are made using smaller buttons from a tunic, perfect in size for cufflinks and are 20 mm in diameter.
They represent a unique part of Canadian and First World War history. The brass buttons have been carefully cleaned to retain the original character of the buttons which are approximately 105 years old, whilst highlighting the beautiful details of these original retailer buttons.
This is a truly unique gift and a chance to own a small piece of history lovingly restored and made into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. They are presented in a luxury wooden cufflink box and cardboard cover to make them the perfect present marking the end of the First World War.
