Pink quilt wall hanging, Contemporary retailer pink and mauve textile picture, Fibre art

Modern pink and mauve quilted wall hanging picture called “Summer Pudding”. An abstract pink and mauve quilted textile art picture.

The fabric has been free cut then stitched into a modern patchwork design and quilted. It is decorated with both hand stitching and machine stitching using free machining. Hand dyed cotton fabrics and threads have been used together with a couple of commercial batik fabrics and silk threads. A few beads hint at the blackberry shape.

The back is plain pink in colour.

The hanging measures 44 x 44 centimeters square (17 x 17 inches square).

On the back there are two hanging rings retailer. There is also a hanging sleeve for a wall mounting baton.

This item has been designed and stitched by me and made in a non-smoking and pet free home.
