Franklin & Marshall Nevonians Framed Vintage Tobacco retailer Leather

This is a curated antique Franklin & Marshall College tobacco leather that was offered as a premium item by cigarette and cigar companies. retailer Vintage is 1905-15. It is in excellent condition. Comes in a 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 silver metal easel-back frame. For the old school alumnus or fan. Makes a great anniversary or birthday gift. A rare vintage collectible and a very special item!

Note that Nevonians nickname was in use until the mid-1930s at which time the Diplomats nickname was adopted by the school. "Nevonians" honored Franklin & Marshall's 2nd president, J. W. Nevin. Hence, "Nevonians" was in use when this tobacco leather was produced!
