The deadlines depend on the carrier.

The price of shipments by carrier is fixed on quotation by the latter. The advertised price is as close as possible to what it requires for this kind of objects. However, depending on the precise location, the price may vary, which is why it is imperative to ask us for a quote before the purchase.

We are fully committed to an eco-responsible approach and circular economies, which is why we re-use recycled packaging products as much as possible.

We are responsible for the parcels and their contents until they are deposited with the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of damage to goods, loss or non-distribution of parcels.

IMPORTANT: In case of transport damage and so that the breakage guarantee of the carriers applies (... and to be compensated !!!), we remind you of the right reflexes:
- Take the time to check the condition of the package on delivery and in the presence of the delivery person.
- In case of damage to the package and damaged goods, you must refuse the package and issue a notice of reservation or refusal on the delivery note.
- It is also essential to take pictures of the package, packaging and damaged goods.
- Claims for compensation must be made very quickly (48 hours maximum) directly to the carrier.
- Please inform us within the same time limits by sending us the photos of the damage. We will help you with your claims.
