Exchanges and returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons, except for defects caused by us. Exchanges and returns are accepted in cases that meet this condition.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.
