I just need at least one clear photo of your house/property to work from. I am happy to work with you and make changes from the reference photos. Current turnaround time from the time I receive photos and payment is 2-3 retailer weeks. That varies all the time, depending on my work load, so feel free to check with me if you have a time crunch.

How it works is that you purchase the size portrait of your choice (if ordering multiples send me a message and we will do a custom order so that I can add in your discount).
