Vintage 1960s Royal Blue retailer and Emerald Green Pheasant Feather Cosac Bubble Hat Mad Men Size 23.5

Vivid blue and green feathers swirled around the crown, covered over with netting. There is a rip in the netting near the edge of the hat probably caused by a bit of stretch when putting this on. Not noticeable when worn. There is a little extra netting on the back that could retailer probably be used to repair if the buyer thought it necessary, the feathers do no lay completely flat without the net holding them down, but really it is very minimal. Fabulous hat, in otherwise excellent condition.
